Terms & Conditions

General Cancellations

• All reservations must be cancelled or amended at least 48 hours prior to the planned arrival date.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room charge.

Peak Season Cancellations

• During peak seasons, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the arrival date to avoid any charges.
• Cancellations made after this period may result in a retention charge.

Group Reservations

• For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, confirmation will be provided only upon receipt of advance payment.
• Cancellation terms for group bookings may vary and will be communicated at the time of reservation.

No-Show & Late Cancellations

• In case of a no-show, or if a booking (individual or group) is cancelled within 15 days or less from the check-in date, a retention charge will apply as per hotel policy.

Early Check-Out

• Guests checking out before the confirmed departure date will be charged for the remaining nights originally booked, as per the hotel’s retention policy.
